Academic Excellence
Strong reading and math, clear progress families can see, and a well-rounded education that includes meaningful access to the arts and fosters creativity and critical thinking.
Focused, accountable leadership for Osseo Area Schools — rooted in listening to parents, teachers, neighbors, and students across our district.
I’m running because every school board decision should come back to a simple question: is this helping our scholars learn, feel supported, and prepare for what comes next?

I helped school districts nationwide with student information systems and state and federal reporting.
At Wayzata Public Schools, I supported state reporting and a student information system migration.
I lead workshops, explain tradeoffs, and help teams move complex projects forward.
I follow Osseo board meetings and review agendas, budgets, student data, and policy materials to understand the decisions facing the board.
Why Max is running
Public schools changed the direction of my life. Teachers helped me see potential in myself before I could fully see it on my own, and that experience shapes why I’m running.
The work of a school board can sound technical: budgets, policies, programs, data, and long meeting agendas. But those choices become real in a classroom. They affect whether a teacher has the tools to reach a struggling student, whether families get clear answers, and whether students are prepared for what comes next.
I’ve spent time showing up, reviewing board discussions, and talking with people across our district. What I’ve heard is simple: families want strong academics, safe and welcoming schools, respected educators, and leadership that can connect big decisions to real results for students.
That is the work I’m ready to take on.
