March with Max at Tater Daze!

Come celebrate one of Brooklyn Park’s favorite hometown traditions by joining Team Max in this year’s Tater Daze Parade on Saturday, May 30!

Tater Daze began as a celebration of Brooklyn Park’s potato farming roots, back when the city was known for fields of potatoes that were an important part of the local economy. Today, it’s a fun community tradition that brings neighbors together, and we’d love to have you be part of it with us.

We’re putting together a great group to walk the full parade route, connect with neighbors, and share a little campaign spirit along the way. We’ll have candy, stickers, and plenty of swag to hand out, so come ready to wave, smile, and enjoy the day.

Volunteers should plan to meet no later than 9:15 a.m. at Welcome Ave N & 101st Ave N in Brooklyn Park, MN, with the parade set to kick off at 10:00 a.m.

Bring a friend, bring the kids, and come be part of a fun, easygoing crew. Kids must be 10 or older to walk; younger children are welcome in a wagon or stroller.
